The first Ice Cream Sandwich ROM for the Samsung Galaxy Note recently leaked online and in the event you were wondering what it's like, look no further. Thanks to the parents over at GSMArena, you no longer must flash the ROM to your own Galaxy Note they installed the update on a Galaxy Note they had lying around and shot a preview video showing off the update. According to them, the build features Ice Cream Sandwich that's wrapped in Samsung TouchWiz. The ROM is deemed stable for everyday use, with support for all hardware including the S Pen.
However, since it is a Chinese release, it doesn't come with support for your Google account, which means no Android Market either. You still have the choice to sideload apps to circumvent that issue, but if it's an issue to you, this is leak you'll probably be skipping. If you're still keen on checking it out, head over to XDA-Developers for the files, or check out the video demonstration above for more details.
